Oleander Cottage Oleander is a three bedroom villa with bathrooms ensuite, nestled in a beautifully landscaped garden which is a riot of tropical colour. The villa is located in a private residential estate which formed part of the property of the notorious "Regency Rascal" Sam Lord, whose "castle" now forms part of a hotel which is a few minutes walk from the villa. Guests at the villa are given a pass to the hotel for access to use the swimming pools and beach facilities, and by arrangement with the management of Sam Lord's Castle, they can open an account and also enjoy the restaurants, bars, tennis courts, and other activities available. The master bedroom of the villa opens onto an enclosed deck with a spa bath. All of the bedrooms are air-conditioned. There is a spacious living/dining area with a telephone and cable television and doors leading to a furnished covered patio. A separate kitchen has a ceiling fan and is equipped with microwave, full gas cooker, fridge/freezer, toaster oven, and dishwasher. For those guests who wish to sample local dishes in the comfort of their villa, arrangements can be made for a cook to provide simple meals - especially fish from the waters around the island, salads, vegetables, and other dishes from locally grown produce, and Bajan specialities. Daily maid service is included.
