This unfurnished three bedroom, two bathroom upstairs apartment is located in the small and quiet residential development known as Crane Gardens in the parish of  St. Philip about two minutes drive from the Crane beach, 10 minutes from the airport and approximately 5 minutes drive from Six Cross Roads. 

The completely enclosed  35,000 sq. ft. property is accessed by a remote control gate and accommodates two fully self-contained upper and lower level 3 bedroom, 2-bathroom apartments together with a double carport off of which are laundry facilities for both apartments, and a staff bathroom.  There is a large front lawn as well as a separately enclosed spacious lawn area to the back of the property.
