Malvern House is located in Inch Marlow, Christ Church, just 10 minutes drive from both the airport and the popular Miami Beach on the south coast. This beautifully decorated and appointed home has all the modern amenities as well as some of the traditional Barbadian furnishings to make your vacation a truly memorable experience.

As you enter the front door into the spacious foyer and lovely living area, your attention will immediately be drawn to the fabulous pool and deck onto which the living area opens. Then as you step from the living room onto the patio, which has a small informal dining area on one side and comfortable reading chairs on the other, your attention will be drawn to the view from the pool deck of the tranquil neighbourhood and ocean in the background. The pool has an open air shower for rinsing off both before and after your swim.

On the ground floor of the house there is also a dining area, large and very well-equipped ultra-modern kitchen, laundry room, pantry, media room, study and one bedroom with double bed and bathroom.

The staircase to the second floor is located to one side of the foyer and there is a balconied area that overlooks the foyer from which you access the bedrooms on the second floor. The large master bedroom is beautifully decorated with a king-sized four- poster bed and opens onto a large patio that overlooks the pool and deck. This room has a large ensuite bathroom with shower and jacuzzi. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and also has an ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom holds two twin beds and again has an ensuite bathroom. The three bedrooms on this level, the bedroom on the first floor, the media room and study are all airconditioned. There is another room on the second floor which may be used as a fifth bedroom but does not have an ensuite bathroom and is not airconditioned.

Malvern House has an electric gate and a security system and comes with daily maid service. If you wish to try local cuisine in the privacy of your rental villa a cook may be arranged for you at an additional fee.
