This two bedroom, one bathroom apartment is centrally located in Rolling Hills, St. George on a spacious elevated lot that affords nice views out to the countryside that can be enjoyed from the patio, living area and both bedrooms.
There is a spacious living area with open access to the kitchen and from which is the corridor leading to the two bedrooms and bathroom. Both bedrooms have built in cupboards with dresser. The windows are all fitted with security grills and pull down screens and there is solar water heating. The laundry area, with sink, is located near the back door in the kitchen and is concealed behind folding doors. There is also a storage room on the opposite side of the living area from the kitchen.
