This traditional Barbadian home is centrally located on the border between St. George and St. John, off the northern side of Highway 3B.  The large land area, which encompasses two lots, each of approximately 15000 sq. ft., allows for the spacious landscaped garden to the East.  There are many fruit trees-mango, soursop, golden apple, lime, cherry, coconut, breadfruit  and also a kitchen garden. 

The upper level of the house, which is accessed from the ground level on the East to the living area, and on the West to the kitchen, accomodates the living room, family room, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is ensuite and the other having separate toilet and shower/vanity enclosures. The master bedroom is air conditioned and there are security grills in the windows.
