Availability

25% deposit & signed copy of booking form are required in order to confirm booking
Remaining balance is due 60 days prior to commencement of rental
If booking is cancelled before 60-day deadline, full payment will be refunded with the exception of a USD 100 cancellation fee
If booking is cancelled after 60-day deadline we can refund only what is rebooked (less USD 100 cancellation fee)
Travel insurance should be investigated in case something arises, preventing travel

“As a 'prelim' to the review below... My wife and I have been traveling to the Caribbean regularly for the past 25 years or so. We fell in love with Barbados early in our traveling and ended up owning a beach house on the island for ten years. Once we sold it, we continued to revisit yearly (or more...). I just wanted to mention that to explain that we know Barbados very well...have stayed at an array of resorts and private rentals through the years. We booked Barbados for ten days at Astra for a number of reasons and could not be happier with our choice. Absolutely without doubt, the BEST place we have ever experienced on the island. The manicured grounds...the gardens...the villa itself...the pool (amazing) and the view from the pool deck to Foul Bay (even more amazing...) were outstanding. The villa is very very comfortable, spacious and has everything a group or family needs. (we were there with our children and grandson...). The St. Philip breeze from the sea just adds to an already perfect spot. I cannot thank Ronald Stoute & Sons enough for everything they did to ensure we had a perfect holiday. We will return next year, without doubt. If you are thinking of a villa holiday in Barbados to experience something away from hotels and crowds...book Astra. You will NOT be disappointed, that is for sure.”

“Astra villa provided an amazing experience for my wife and I that we will never forget. The location is beautiful and private, with stunning cliff and coastal views of the ocean. We were so blown away by the pictures that we decided to have our wedding there! On the day of our wedding, all of the guests shared our same sentiments, also saying they didn’t know a place like this existed in Barbados. : ) During our stay we enjoyed waking up to the ocean sounds and beautiful sunrise. Gillian and the team at Ronald Stoute were quickly accessible, and consistently took care of our questions in less than 24 hours. Junie the housekeeper was there daily to make sure everything was well maintained for us in the villa. She is a true gem and has the heart of an angel :) A team of gardeners were also present daily, looking after the lush greenery with care and precision. We were pleased with choosing Astra for our holiday and the location for our union. We would highly recommend this villa to others.”
