Availability

25% deposit & signed copy of booking form are required in order to confirm booking
Remaining balance is due 60 days prior to commencement of rental
If booking is cancelled before 60-day deadline, full payment will be refunded with the exception of a USD 100 cancellation fee
If booking is cancelled after 60-day deadline we can refund only what is rebooked (less USD 100 cancellation fee)
Travel insurance should be investigated in case something arises, preventing travel

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Mermaid! The location was superb with a fabulous view of the Atlantic. Before we arrived we were able to arrange transportation from the airport through the owners. This made everything much easier. Our driver, Avril, took care of us throughout the time we were in Barbados and helped with local knowledge of the best places dine and relax. The Mermaid is clean and comfortable with generously sized rooms and a well considered selection of kitchen appliances and tools that will please a cooking enthusiast. We are very happy with the hospitality shown and would return for a future vacation.”
