Description
Ginger Bay is a small apartment complex located at the north-eastern end of the Crane beach on the south-eastern coast of Barbados in the parish of St. Philip. Access to the beach is via steps on the cliff front or via the private locked entrance on the property just to the south of Unit 7. The famous Crane Beach Resort with its numerous restaurants and shops, is just a short walk away. The property is about 10 minutes' drive both from the airport and from Six Cross Roads with its shopping, banking and medical facilities.
There are 10 units in total, 6 doubles and 4 singles. This Unit No. 7, a double, which is approximately 2,000 sq. ft. of covered floor area, is located on the ground floor on the Eastern side of the complex with stunning views of the ocean, not only from the patio and deck, but also from the kitchen, living and dining areas and bedrooms 1 and 3. Bedroom 3 was originally an additional patio on the East or seaward side and this was tastefully converted to make a 3rd bedroom, which was designed for children, and which has wonderful views of the ocean and access off the Eastern deck as well as through the living room. This room could, of course, easily be used for other purposes if required. The unit therefore now accommodates three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one being right outside the master bedroom and the other located off the corridor leading to bedroom two, near to the living room.
